This historic house next to Washington Lake in New Windsor, New York was built in 1790. It’s named after James Patton, an early inhabitant of the house who owned a 200-acre farm at this site.
In more recent times, the house has been owned by the City of Newburgh and was used for training police K-9s, but it appears to have been abandoned for several years now.
